Did you know …
… that Africa carries 25% of the world’s disease burden but has only 1% of the world’s healthcare resources? In Kenya alone, that means more than 35 million people without the care they need. Often it is small church-run clinics – the so-called Christian Health Ministries – that try to serve the poorest parts of the population. They follow the example of Jesus, who saw people holistically and healed them spiritually and physically. These health ministries struggle with an incredible lack of resources – not only material resources, but also staff.

This is where BANDA Health comes in …
BANDA Health works together with local churches and helps their health ministries become more effective through process optimization, training and software – making better use of the resources they already have. That way, more people have access to the help they so desperately need.
As the Miner family we have been living, learning and working in Kenya since 2019, trying to do our small part so that people can experience healing of body and soul.
