One of our cherished family traditions is regular date nights in all sorts of combinations. For Noemi's 10th birthday, we had something truly special planned. I (Lisa) got to spend three days in Venice with Noemi! We booked an Airbnb right on one of Venice's beautiful canals and explored the city. We rode a viperetto (water taxi) on the Grand Canal, wore our hand-painted carnival masks, dressed up in costumes, and proudly strolled through St. Mark's Square… the highlight was the spectacular water show to open the carnival. Simply wonderful! Such special moments just with my daughters are priceless!
