Here in Kenya, we are celebrating the resurrection of our Lord Jesus for the first time!
On Thursday evening we celebrated Passover, or the Last Supper. We tried to cook Arabic food with the available ingredients (mmm, falafel!) and read and discussed the events of that historic evening from the Gospel of John.
Corona has brought some advantages... we've never had such an international Easter weekend (I've included the links if anyone has time). On Good Friday and Saturday we had the Production of ICF I followed it from Switzerland/Munich. They really put in a lot of effort. And on Sunday we virtually watched the Church service in our home parish in Salzburg enjoyed and then in the afternoon the Easter celebrations from our community here in Nairobi (Skip the first 10 minutes).
