DONATION INFORMATION
Your donation to "Help that arrives" is tax deductible.
„"Help That Arrives" is on the list of eligible charitable organizations. This means your donation is tax-deductible. The donation deduction is limited to a maximum of €101,003 of your taxable annual income. This applies to both employees and the self-employed, as well as businesses.
For employees, donations are tax-deductible as special expenses under Section 18 of the 1988 Income Tax Act. For self-employed individuals and businesses, donations constitute deductible business expenses.
Your deposit slips serve as proof of your donation. Please keep them, as they must be presented to the tax office upon request.
If your tax rate is 35%, for example, a donation of €100 will result in a tax refund of €35 for you as part of your employee tax assessment. Your donation will therefore effectively only cost you €65.
